12:03 07 August 2019. 0 comments. GETTING JAZZY. I purchased my 2006 Honda Jazz VTi in 2017 with 185,000kms on the clock, looking for something cheap, economical, zippy and reliable. To my delight The Jazz was clearly designed as a city runabout and performs flawlessly on urban 60 to 80km/h roads. There's reasonable power available when you need it for changing lanes navigating hilly streets, and for those who drive the car well you can certainly use the car's strengths to your advantage. The old Jazz was already one of the roomiest hatchbacks in India. Honda claims that the new Jazz gets a whopping 115 mm of additional legroom. As a result, rear space is better than many higher priced sedans! The seatback of the old Jazz was set upright. Looks like Honda realized this: The Jazz is now the only hatchback to get reclining rear seats.
